Position Summary/About the role
Job Title: Physical Therapist
PELVIC HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST: Shift: 8-10HR Days can vary, 7A-6P. 2 years of experience required. Will be floating between OP CCH and OP City Center. Certs Required: BLS, Either Hermann & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification or APTA Board Certification in Pelvic & Womens Health. FL License required. EMR: Epic. Must be competent in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence and Pelvic Pain for Women. Preferred experience in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence and Pelvic Pain for Men. HWL interview and Manager has final offer.
Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
