Position Summary/About the role
Title: CBOD Programming
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 5 months
Job Description:

Performs advanced (senior-level) computer programming work. Work involves planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating and implementing programming projects; as well as providing technical assistance. This includes analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to support the various functional areas of the Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo. Works in a manner that exemplifies and supports the agency's core values of integrity, responsibility, innovation, fiscal accountability, customer responsiveness, teamwork, and excellence.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Years Required/Preferred Experience
8 Required SQL or PL/SQL
8 Required software version control experience
8 Required developing and maintaining secure .NET public websites
8 Required C#, ASP.NET (minimum 2 years .NET 8.0 and higher)
8 Required HTML, CSS and JavaScript
8 Required developing system documentation
1 Preferred Developing and maintaining Python batch scripts
1 Preferred Experience with Agile methodology
1 Preferred Experience with Syncfusion and Bold Reports for rich UI/UX development and reporting
1 Preferred Experience integrating with Google and Apple authentication systems
1 Preferred Experience with .NET LINQ (Language Integrated Query)
1 Preferred Experience developing Java applications
1 Preferred Knowledge of Charitable Bingo Rules and Regulations
1 Preferred Knowledge of interfaces and data exchange standards between software applications
