Long Term Care
75 MILE RADIUS RULE - travel
will take locals - local rate will apply ( less than 75 miles)
Shift: 3p - 11p
37.5 guaranteed hours
Every other weekend if required
Must float to all units (same building)
1 years experience
BLS
NY license
40 bed unit
Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care
EMR: PointClick Care
Traveler will need to be fingerprinted - results can take 1-2 weeks - please note when choosing start dates
