Position Summary/About the role

Job Title: Physical Therapist
Must have Single-State CO license or already applied and provide confirmation
If candidate is local (within 50-miles from the facility) BR will be at the local rate
Outpatient Experience is preferred.
Will accept New Grads? no
Will accept First Time Travelers? no
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Float to other clinics: Y-RMSS: Aurora East (2372), Broomfield (925), Denver PSL (430)
Patient Population: General Ortho MSK
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
