Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.
Required BLS
Prepares adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep disorders testing. Monitors the polysomnogram and documents per policy
1. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. 2. Demonstrated expertise in sleep disorders, sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals, and respirations. 3. One (1) year experience in sleep study activity. 4. Current American Heart Association's Basic Life Support Certification (BLS). 5. Must possess current and unrestricted certification or registration in one of the following: Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
