Position Summary/About the role
Job Title: Physical Therapist
The REMIT bill rate schedule for GA has been updated to the below. Please refer to the definitions and rates below when submitting candidates. GA Bill Rates and Details: Level 1 PTs - 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience Level 2 PTs - greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience Local is 50 miles or less from address of candidate to clinic. Travelers are 50 miles more than from address of candidate to clinic.

Outpatient Experience is preferred.

Will accept First Time Travelers? Yes

Patient Population: Ortho, sports
Float to other clinics: No
Option in this clinic or a neighboring clinic for a Travel Team? No
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
