Position Summary/About the role
Job Title: PCU Float RN
**ASAP START REQUIRED**ED HOLD/PCU FLOAT POSITION: 2 years of PCU experience required (ED experience NOT required they will NOT be floating to ED). Ratio 4-6:1 (Depending on patient mix). BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required. Galaxy Blue & White scrubs. Adult and Geriatric population. EMR: Epic. HCP MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO FLOATING AS REQUIRED-WILL FLOAT OUT TO SISTER CAMPUSES AS WELL. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. FL/Compact nursing license required (recent Nursys must be on profile). HWL Interview and Offer.
Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
