Schedule Notes:
Facility Payroll Ambassador, acting as the liaison between facility staff and Payroll while providing high quality customer service and resolving employee inquiries. Use enterprise systems, reports, policies, and ServiceNow to troubleshoot issues, complete payroll/timekeeping forms, and escalate complex cases as needed. Support employees with ESS/Client navigation, collaborate with Payroll and HR teams, and provide backup coverage for the Payroll Shared Services Call Center. Stay current on policies, procedures, and software through ongoing training, and assist with special projects and other assigned duties.
