Description:
14 wk assignment. Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy (required). Master s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred). New York State Physical Therapist License within one year of hire (required). Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (required). APTA Membership (preferred). Knowledge of Physical Therapy practices (required). JC L1220
