DESCRIPTION
Physical Therapist - NEED START ASAP\n\nShift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Required to work one weekend per month B.S. in Physical Therapy, NYS License or eligible, and 2 years experience required. Must successfully\npass pre-employment health clearance.\nDuties: Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures; fonnulate\nspecific goals for patient treabnent by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and\nthe patients; prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designated\nclinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information; participate in educational programs\nfor staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel; train new staff\nmembers; serve as clinical instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program development.
