Med Surg : a3/C3
* looking for people open to longer contract passed Labor day if possible.
Requirements
NY License
Must have 2 years acute hospital nursing exprience
Must have prior travel experience.
BLS
ACLS -preferred
EPIC- Required
Will float within scope of practice and at unit leaders discretion.
Nights is 1:5 or 1:6
No Locals
Local Radius: 50 miles
As you know, since October we have limited our travelers to those coming from outside of a 50-mile radius from Saratoga. The Albany Health System is now moving forward with a more easy to determine limit, by county. So, effective immediately we will not be signing new contracts with travelling nurses whose listed primary residence is in any of the following counties. This will likely impact extensions as well, but let s take that on a case-by-case basis. Please bring them to my attention when we look to renew and I will provide you a decision.

Flu season start 12/5. Will need Flu vaccine. If medical or religious exemption then we will need exemption 2 weeks prior to start to get approved.
