Microsoft Azure / M365 / Power Platform / Copilot SME

Role Overview
Seeking a senior Microsoft Technology SME with broad expertise across the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem, particularly Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, identity, automation, collaboration, and enterprise integration.

This should be a genuinely broad Microsoft SME rather than somebody whose experience is limited to M365 administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on Microsoft enterprise technology strategy and architecture.
  • Design solutions utilizing Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Architect Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Power Platform capabilities.
  • Advise on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio use cases and architecture.
  • Design secure Microsoft integrations and automation.
  • Establish Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices.
  • Advise on Entra ID, identity, permissions, security, and governance.
  • Support M365 modernization and optimization.
  • Develop Copilot adoption, governance, security, and data-access approaches.
  • Integrate Microsoft platforms with enterprise applications and data.
  • Conduct Microsoft platform assessments and roadmap development.
  • Provide architecture and technical guidance to delivery teams.

Mandatory Qualifications
  • 8+ years Microsoft enterprise technology experience.
  • Deep experience in multiple Microsoft technology areas.
  • Azure.
  • Microsoft 365.
  • Power Platform.
  • Enterprise identity/security.
  • Solution architecture and integration.
  • Experience advising large enterprise environments.
