JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience: 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
-CA LVN
-Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV, and Blood withdrawal
- Flu Vaccination (no declinations/no exemptions)
-Special Requirements: Epic Req, Previous Urology experience strongly preferred.

JOB DETAILS:
-Weekend REQ: No
-Floating REQ: Yes, both internally and externally to other specialty clinics
-On-Call REQ: No
-Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
-NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
