Position Summary/About the role

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 2 years in internal or family medicine
- CA LVN
- Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood withdrawal
- First Time Travelers: NO, travel exp required
- Special Requirements: Phlebotomy and IV start skills, RECENT EPIC EXP
- Flu Vaccination (no exemptions/no declinations)

JOB DETAILS:
- Schedule: 8 hours between 0800-2000
- Weekend REQ: Yes, weekend hours 0800-1700
- Floating REQ: Yes
- On-Call REQ: No
- Pending license: No; must be active at the time of submission
