Position Summary/About the role
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state or a compact license, where accepted.
- Previous Operating Room (OR) nursing experience preferred or required, depending on facility requirements.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and infection prevention practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
