Position Summary/About the role
- Active New York State LPN license in good standing.
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or nursing home experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification, as required by the facility.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
