Position Summary/About the role

This position performs Computed Tomography (CT) scans to create cross-sectional images of tissues and internal organs, to be used by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Submitting a candidate to this position is acknowledgement that the candidate 1) will follow all client policies and procedures, 2) will adhere to the terms of the MSA and 3) has all the requirements and specialty experience that the position requires. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently perform a high volume of routine, emergency, and stroke CT examinations. Experience with both Canon and Siemens CT scanners is recommended. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an acute care setting are essential.

Licenses & certifications:

BLS Registered CT Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-CT) Medical Radiologic Technologist from the Texas Medical Board- General Certificate (MRT)
