Weekend req: Every other weekend
First time traveler: Accepted
Years of Experience: 2 years minimum
Locals Accepted: Must be more than 75 mile radius
Charting: EPIC is required
Certification: BLS and NIHSS is required - Please include valid NIHSS in submittal
Ratio: 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for MedSurg

26 beds. Specializes in the care of patients post PCI, pacemakers, AICDS, post MI as well as cardiac pharmacological inventions.

Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
IV therapy/Phlebotomy:Peripheral Line Care/Management
Respiratory: Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management
Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions
