  • Define enterprise integration patterns, including synchronous/asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, pub/sub, request-reply, orchestration, and choreography.

  • Architect solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Azure Storage, and Application Insights.

  • Design secure, reusable, and well-governed RESTful APIs, including API versioning, authentication, authorization, throttling, policies, and documentation standards.

  • Define integration standards for error handling, retries, dead-lettering, logging, monitoring, observability, and resiliency.

  • Provide architectural guidance and design reviews for full-stack .NET development teams using Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Entity Framework/EF Core, and SQL-based data access.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and developers to convert requirements into practical technical designs.

  • Lead proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and build-vs-buy recommendations for Azure integration scenarios.

  • Define DevOps and deployment standards using Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure configuration, secrets management, and environment-specific configurations.

  • Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and maintainability.

  • Review application and integration designs for security best practices, including OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, managed identities, role-based access control, and secure handling of JSON/XML payloads.

  • Analyze production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures; recommend root-cause fixes and architectural improvements.

  • Mentor developers, conduct code and design reviews, and establish coding, API, integration, and documentation standards.
