Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks

Position requires treatment of patients in the following settings: Inpatient, outpatient, long term care, swing bed. Dementia Manageme, IDDSI Experience, Aphasia, Apraxia. Dementia/Alzheimers, Progressive Neurological Disease

Candidate must be motivated and can easily transition into appropriate independence in patient treatments.

Prefer candidate who has clinical skills to treat in all 4 settings as previously listed.

HOUSING/INFORMATION
Facility provides housing to travelers during assignment.
Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments, but may be a shared unit with another traveler.
Housing will be available for move-in not earlier than 72 hours before contract begins and not longer than 24 hours after contract ends.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Housing units are typically large enough to accommodate only the traveler. Bringing additional family members is not common and needs to be approved by the facility.
Housing unit will need to be cleaned upon departure or it will be subject to additional cleaning fees billed to traveler
