Position Summary/About the role

GI/Endo Tech - OSU East

The OSU East Endoscopy Unit provides diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy services to adult inpatients and outpatients, with pediatric services provided in accordance with established policies and approvals.

Procedures are performed across multiple locations, including the first-floor Endoscopy Unit for moderate sedation procedures and the second- and fourth-floor Operating Rooms for procedures requiring Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) or general anesthesia. The fourth-floor OR primarily supports inpatient procedures, while a dedicated room in the Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC) is utilized on Wednesdays for MAC endoscopies.

The team supports a variety of endoscopic procedures across these settings to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
- 1 Year of Experience Required
- BLS Required, CST Preferred
- EPIC Required
